Information provided through enquiries
The website may invite you to provide your name, company or organisation, contact details, location, industry or organisation type, enquiry context, problem family, affected system, operational impact, business or management consequence, timing, evidence availability, decision required, optional service interest, and your own description of the situation.
When you enter an enquiry from one of Profilio's own service, industry, problem, procurement, or decision-resource pages, the form may also carry a controlled source label and the relevant problem, service, or industry context into the submission. This is used to reduce repetition and compare enquiry routes; it is not a browsing-history profile and does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or cross-site tracking.
How website enquiries are handled
The public enquiry forms are processed by the website hosting provider, Netlify. Submitted information is stored in the site's form dashboard and may be forwarded to an approved Profilio Technologies inbox as a notification so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered.
Automated spam filtering and a hidden anti-bot field are used to reduce unwanted submissions. Visitors may use telephone, WhatsApp, or direct email instead of the form.
Purpose
Enquiry information is used to understand the request, assess whether it fits the available scope, respond, prepare proposals, and maintain an appropriate business record.
Data minimisation and confidential factory information
Do not send passwords, access keys, personal identity documents, confidential drawings, sensitive production data, or detailed incident evidence through the public form. A controlled exchange method should be agreed when sensitive material is required.
Privacy-conscious aggregate website measurement
Profilio Technologies has selected Cloudflare Web Analytics as the controlled aggregate website-measurement approach. It is enabled only when a production build is supplied with the approved site token. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not use analytics cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting to collect usage metrics.
The aggregate analytics layer is used for visits, page views, page-load performance, and Core Web Vitals. Profilio does not use it for advertising, remarketing, session replay, cross-site profiling, or person-level click tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not currently provide custom events or UTM reporting, so enquiry conversion and campaign context remain measured through the controlled enquiry records described below rather than by building a behavioural profile.
The analytics token remains deployment-controlled. Any activation change, provider change, tracking expansion, or new measurement purpose remains a separate deployment decision and this notice should be reviewed again if the provider, data collected, legal requirements, or business purpose changes materially.
Retention and access
Form submissions and resulting business correspondence should be reviewed and deleted when no longer required for the enquiry, relationship, legal obligations, or legitimate record keeping. Requests about information should be sent to engineering@profiliotechnologies.com.
Changes
This notice will be revised when form processing, analytics, hosting, legal requirements, or business operations change materially.
