Maintenance work and systems can support reliability, visibility, accountability, and decision-making. Profilio Technologies does not guarantee zero breakdowns, uninterrupted production, compliance certification, or a fixed financial result.
Platform branding and ownership
Client branding and operational control do not automatically transfer ownership of the reusable platform core, common source code, or shared components. The client owns its operational data. Any source-code transfer or buyout requires a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website copy, structure, original visual elements, and platform descriptions are used and controlled under the Profilio Technologies brand. Any ownership or licensing terms stated in a written agreement take precedence. Third-party media or documents remain subject to their own licences and permissions.
