Two levels of reporting
The reporting system separates rapid management reading from detailed engineering evidence:
- Executive Assessment Report — five pages covering the maintenance-health score, priority findings, weighted scorecard, 30-day action plan, asset condition, and CMMS-readiness decision.
- Technical Annex — five supporting pages covering the method, scoring architecture, complete findings register, evidence requirements, asset checks, readiness gates, responsibilities, and limitations.
What management can understand quickly
The executive report is designed to answer the most important questions within approximately two to five minutes:
- What is the overall maintenance condition?
- Which findings need attention first?
- What should happen within 24 hours, seven days, and 30 days?
- Who owns each action and what proves completion?
- Is the next step urgent engineering work, a maintenance-foundation programme, or a controlled CMMS pilot?
What the technical team receives
The annex protects engineering depth without overcrowding the management report. It records scoring logic, evidence expectations, closure requirements, verification checks, responsibilities, and boundaries.
A live report depends on the agreed site scope, safe access, records available, interviews, verified machinery condition, specialist boundaries, travel, and confidentiality requirements.
